What payment methods do you offer?
We use Stripe to process our transactions which accepts all major credit and debit cards including Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can I use a different delivery address?
Yes, at checkout you will be able to enter a separate delivery address to your billing details.
How do I know my order has gone through?
Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email from us to let you know that everything has gone through. Give this a once over to check everything (ie; delivery address) is correct but if there's anything you need to amend please drop us an email: [email protected] and we’ll sort out any issues.
I forgot to add some items to my order, can you add them?
If there's anything you need to amend about your order please send us an email as soon as possible: [email protected] and we will try to accommodate any requests.
When will my order be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch everything next day at the very latest. This does not include Sundays. Orders placed Saturday will be dispatched the same day where possible, if not they will go out on the following Monday.
We work really hard to make the dispatch process as quick as possible and we update you via email every step of the way.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, If your order has not been processed we may be able to cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please send us an email: [email protected] with details of this and use the subject line ‘CANCELLATION.’ Update emails will let you know where you order is in the process. If it has already been dispatched please send us an email and follow the returns procedure and we will refund you as soon as possible.
I ordered the wrong product - can i return it for an exchange or refund?
Yes of course, let us know within 14 days that you would like to return the product, items must be in an unopened and unused condition. We will then arrange a refund or exchange for you.
What is the cost of delivery?
We keep our UK delivery costs to the minimum possible. For small orders under £10 delivery costs £2.50, orders over this cost £3.99 and orders over £30 are FREE. We also offer a premium delivery service via courier which is £9.99.
How is my parcel being delivered?
We orders are sent out via Royal Mail and our premium courier service uses either DPD or Parcelforce.
Do you ship outside of the UK?

Why doesn't my discount code work?
There's a few reasons that discount codes might not be working.
- Check that the spelling and any numbers used in the code are correct.
- Check any expiry date that the discount code may have.
- Check that the code is valid on the items or value of your order.

Of Course, you are free to browse and place orders on the site 24 hours 7 days a week. We aim to answer emails within a few hours of receiving them. Please allow slightly longer for busy periods and weekends.
What is your ethical policy?
We want you to be confident shopping with us, so we research our products and suppliers to the fullest extent possible to ensure that we sell only the most ethical products. We try to include most information regarding this in the description of the product to give you peace of mind but if there are any questions you have regarding this please send us an email to; [email protected] .
We want to ensure the impact we have on the environment while getting our products to you is as minimal as possible. We use the most recyclable, biodegradable, eco-friendly packing materials wherever possible and ensure we reuse or recycle supplier materials as much as we can.
