What if I want to return or exchange a product?
No worries, we are happy to offer you a refund or exchange, you don’t even need to give us a reason for returning your item.
You have 14 days from receiving your product to let us know you would like to return it, simply send an email to; [email protected] . We will send you a return address and help you along the process.
The product needs to be returned to us in an unopened, unused, resalable condition and the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing.
My item is faulty, what should I do?
We hold all our own stock to help us ensure quality on all our products. However, if you do receive a faulty item please let us know by sending an email to: [email protected] including pictures and a description of the fault and we will rectify the problem as soon as possible, usually this will be through exchange or refund.
When can I expect my refund?
As soon as we have received the item, we will process your refund. This should appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
